Company Analysis
Our group has decided to visit Vantage Apparel located in Avenel, New Jersey. Vantage is highly dedicated to satisfying its customers with the most complete source of apparel and at this location the entire process is handled. Unlike many competitors, Vantage has an in-house factory allowing itself to accommodate decorations, eliminating the need for a third party contractors. By using our drop-ship and fulfillment services, this makes the process less expensive, faster and lowers process costs of transferring your goods to outside parties. The advantage of having an in-house factory also allows for your orders to be fulfilled faster and more accurately than using third parties. This process is comprehended by an information system database that allows factory managers to see all the orders handled from the sales department. This database can be accessed by any department and by any of the three locations provided. This allows for a quicker production and manufacturing process, providing the customer with its orders in a timely and organized fashion.
